Rob Anderson
President
Rob has a technical education in Transportation (Civil) Engineering Technology and a Degree in Environmental Sciences. He possesses strong project management skills and a strong customer service background. He takes a “hands on” approach to the business and becomes involved in all aspects of operations.
Sean Roberts
Project Manager
Sean has spent numerous years working in new home construction. He is responsible for all day-to-day construction activities including project scheduling, detailed project costing and estimating, customer liaison and management of all on-site activities. He is detail-oriented and a very strong communicator which is critical to our success as a builder.
Terry Martin
Customer Care Coordinator
Terry has spent many years as co-owner of a commercial roofing company. He is responsible for keeping our financial, contractual, and administrative “house” in order. This entails close contact with our clients, banks and lawyers. In addition, Terry is our Customer Care Coordinator. In this capacity he is responsible for coordinating various aspects of our After Sales and Warranty Program. He is also involved in the administration relating to homes enrolled in the Built Green Program.
Callie Anderson DID
Interior Design Consultant & Marketing Coordinator
Callie has recently acquired her Interior Design Diploma from the Center for Arts and Technology here in the Okanagan. With a strong interest in the industry and a natural flair for creating, Callie will be providing an inspired eye to the Built-Rite team as their resident Interior Design Consultant. In addition to imparting design skills and knowledge, Callie is our Marketing Coordinator, further developing social networking avenues as well as enhancing the Built-Rite brand.
April Johnson
Onsite Assistant
April is Sean’s right hand gal. She is responsible for day-to-day site maintenance, cleaning, recycling, small equipment operation, and pickup and delivery of supplies. She also has her First Aid certificate which is very important in ensuring our sites remain safe for everyone.
